The hotel had nice rooms but could use improvements for the price paid. The service was outstanding, especially in accommodating special needs. The location was perfect for exploring Ashland on foot. The dining options were decent but with room for enhancement. Overall, a good value for the money.

My stay at the motel was cozy and enjoyable. The rooms, although smallish, were very clean and comfortable with a small balcony to soak up some sunshine. The service was top-notch, with friendly and accommodating staff who went out of their way to make our stay pleasant. The location was prime, allowing us to easily walk to downtown for shopping and dining. The dining experience, while not fancy, offered a more than satisfactory breakfast.
